These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kr222 platform, including the website at kr222.pro and all associated gaming and betting services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and kr222 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us"). Please read them in full before creating an account or placing any wager.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any feature of the kr222 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to kr222 and use of any of its services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions. kr222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have requested a cooling-off period that is still in effect.
• You must not use the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on kr222. Opening multiple accounts (whether in the same name, using the same device, or the same payment method) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending winnings or bonus balances. The following requirements apply to all registered accounts:

• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any verification codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must notify kr222 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. Contact our support team at [email protected].
• kr222 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents including a government-issued identity card, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal limits being applied.
• Accounts registered under false identities or belonging to persons found to be ineligible will be suspended without prior notice.

kr222 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time during the lifecycle of an account, including at the point of withdrawal, when a bonus is claimed, or when unusual activity is detected. These checks are a standard industry practice designed to protect both the platform and its players.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

kr222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time. Currently supported methods for Bangladesh players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These limits may be updated from time to time and will be displayed on the platform.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kr222 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from an account belonging to another person may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals to a different method require additional identity verification.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to pending wagering requirements attached to any active bonus. A withdrawal request will not be processed until all applicable rollover conditions have been met.
• kr222 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. Such delays will not exceed five business days in standard cases.

Funds held in a kr222 account do not accrue interest. kr222 player accounts are not bank accounts and the funds held therein are not covered by any deposit insurance or compensation scheme. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that they comply with any applicable local laws regarding the holding and use of funds for gambling purposes.

4Bonuses and Promotions

kr222 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid and the Bangladesh Premier League. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless superseded by specific bonus terms communicated at the time of offer:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to players who have a single registered account and have met all eligibility requirements. Players with duplicate accounts or who have previously been found to have abused bonus terms are not eligible.
• kr222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirement that has already commenced will be honoured.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.

kr222 makes no representation that any particular bonus is available in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in any promotion does not contravene any applicable local laws. The existence of a bonus offer does not constitute an invitation to gamble in any jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on kr222 are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or event selected. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify your selection before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, kr222 will attempt to resolve the outcome based on available server-side records. Where a fair result cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or event interface and may vary between game providers.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or settled at the discretion of kr222 or the relevant data provider in the event of unusual market movements, data feed interruptions, or manifest errors in the published odds.
• kr222 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that it was placed using information not publicly available at the time the bet was accepted, or where the integrity of the event is in doubt.

All game outcomes on kr222 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for software-based games and by live physical equipment for live dealer games. kr222 does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical RTP (return to player) percentages are available on request for individually certified game titles.

6Responsible Gaming

kr222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. Once the limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out and must re-authenticate to continue.

• Using the platform to launder money or to process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another identity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage, whether in games or in the bonus system.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform in a way that simulates or replaces human play.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in any game or betting market, including in live dealer games.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming, including any commercial, professional, or syndicated gambling operation.

kr222 employs fraud detection and anti-money-laundering (AML) systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is detected, kr222 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

8Account Suspension and Termination

kr222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by kr222.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in violation of applicable law.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than proven fraud or AML violation, any confirmed real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. kr222 will communicate the reason for any account closure to the affected player to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal compliance obligations.

9Intellectual Property

All content available on the kr222 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the compilation of all such content, is the property of kr222 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from kr222 may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed, or performed without the prior written consent of kr222.

The kr222 name, logo, and all related marks are the exclusive property of kr222. Unauthorised use of any kr222 trademark or brand asset — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kr222 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, even if kr222 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss arising from interruptions, errors, defects, delays in operation, transmission failures, or viruses affecting the platform, provided such events are beyond the reasonable control of kr222.

11Privacy and Data Protection

kr222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at kr222.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmitted between your device and the kr222 platform is protected by SSL encryption. kr222 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers engaged to operate the platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) under appropriate data processing agreements.

12Amendments to These Terms

kr222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, kr222 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. The revised Terms will be posted on the platform with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any accrued rights or outstanding balances at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with these Terms as they stood immediately prior to the disputed amendment.
